Upgrade from VC2 to VC3?

Submitted Question:

I currently have Visual Communicator 2 with Ultra 2 and DV Rack. Is there a big
difference or just minor differences that you know of for me to upgrade to VC3
version?  Would I also have to upgrade Ultra 2 as well?

I'd highly suggest upgrading to version 3, as Adobe spent some considerable time upgrading the advanced keying capabilities in VC3.  The addition of the keying wizard was nice too, helps get better keys and more forgiving too.  Take a look here on my site for links to buy edu or commercial licenses of VC3.
